Rewards Policy

Stoughton Street Private Limited (“We”) have built the Loco application (“Loco”, “Service") as a free-to-use application which is provided to users (“You”) at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform app and website visitors regarding our policies in relation to the rules, terms and conditions that govern Loco rewards (“Terms and Conditions”). If You choose to use our Service, then you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with this policy. Loco has general rules and restrictions regarding the redemption of its rewards, in addition to which individual rewards have their own restrictions for redemption and Terms and Conditions imposed by the respective partners/ merchants/ vendors issuing the reward (“Redemption Restrictions”). You hereby agree to abide by all of these. The terms used in this Rewards Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, which are accessible at the Loco application and website, unless otherwise defined in this Rewards Policy.



OVERVIEW

Loco’s rewards are limited-term promotional offers, available to users based on their Loco Gold wallet balance. New rewards may be added to the platform from time to time, and existing rewards may be removed from the platform which will be at Loco’s sole discretion. The types and numbers of rewards available are subject to change at any time, at Loco’s discretion and/ or based on terms and conditions from partners/ merchants/ vendors by whom the rewards are issued. Each individual reward comes with its own Terms and Conditions as per Loco and the partner/ merchant/ vendor who issues the reward. We shall not be responsible, and hereby expressly deny any liabilities in relation to, (A) ensuring receipt of the sponsored giveaway by the user, (B) any losses or damages incurred or suffered by the user through using the sponsored giveaway, (C) any defect or damage, inherent, or otherwise effected during the transportation of the sponsored giveaway to the user, (D) any express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness, use or functionality, and non – infringement of rights (including third party intellectual property rights), and (E) any and all claims, actions, suits, penalties, damages and levies arising from the sponsored giveaways. In the event of any dispute or complaints in relation to the sponsored giveaways, the user shall approach the sponsoring entity directly and shall not approach the company for any resolution in this regard.



ELIGIBILITY

Only those Loco users who reside in India can avail of the rewards under this Rewards Policy.



GENERAL RESTRICTIONS ON REDEMPTION

The maximum allowed rewards redemption value for a Loco user in a single year is INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) whether at one time or across multiple rewards. For this purpose, total rewards value is calculated cumulatively; once a user has redeemed rewards worth INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) in total in a period less than 365 days, they will not be able to redeem further rewards until the period of 365 days is over.

Loco may deem a redemption void, and/ or stop you from redeeming any reward if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to the Terms and Conditions and the Redemption Restrictions or are abusing the offers in any way (including, but not limited to, setting up accounts with multiple email addresses or if you provide false information during sign up).

Strict action will be taken against any Loco user found to be engaging in fraudulent activity to circumvent the condition laid out above. Such users will be banned from the Loco platform. In addition, they may be subject to legal action as per the Applicable Laws.

A Loco user can redeem a maximum of 3 (three) rewards in a 10 (ten) day period. If 3 (three) rewards are redeemed by the user in a period less than 10 (ten) days, then the user will next be able to redeem a reward on the 11th day from their first redemption request.



RESTRICTIONS ON REDEMPTION FOR INDIVIDUAL REWARDS

Individual rewards have their own restrictions for the purpose of redemption:

a)

if a user redeems Reward A, they will not be able to again redeem thatsame reward for a specified period of time;

b)

there may also be restrictions placed on the same user redeeming another reward (Reward B) that is issued by the same partner/ merchant/ vendor (issuer of Reward A), even if the two rewards are different from each other; and

c)

Loco may also place restrictions on the same user redeeming two similar rewards, even if they are issued by different partners/ merchants/ vendors. For instance, if there are 3 types of “mobile recharge” rewards available on the platform, Loco may decide to allow users to redeem only 1 reward of the “mobile recharge” type in a specified period. In this case, if a user redeems the reward Mobile Recharge Reward 1, they will not be able to also redeem the rewards Mobile Recharge Reward 2 or Mobile Recharge Reward 3 in the specified period.


Restrictions as mentioned above are absolute and decided at Loco’s sole discretion.

The specified periods as mentioned above are part of the Terms and Conditions associated with each reward. Please refer to Appendix A (“Terms and Conditions for Individual Rewards”) in order to view the Redemption Restrictions, rules, and Terms and Conditions for each individual reward.

Users are required to read the Terms and Conditions associated with each reward at the time of redemption. By placing a redemption request, the user agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the individual reward, as well as Loco’s Terms and Conditions.



METHOD OF REDEMPTION

All rewards are redeemable against Gold debited from a user’s Loco wallet.

The Gold cost of each reward is determined by Loco and may change from time to time.

In case of a redemption failure, the Gold debited from a user’s Loco wallet will be automatically credited back to the user’s wallet within 72 hours. In the event that this does not happen, users are advised to contact support to resolve the issue.



CHANGES TO THIS REWARDS POLICY

We may update this Rewards Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Rewards Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

APPENDIX A
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL REWARDS

Part A: Free Fire Diamonds

Reward

Free Fire Diamonds

Loco Redemption Restrictions

When a Free Fire Diamond bundle is redeemed by the user, no other Free Fire Diamond bundles can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Free Fire Diamond bundles can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards. The other restrictions are as follows:

a)

50 Free Fire Diamonds bundle can be redeemed by a user once every 15 days;

b)

100 Free Fire Diamonds bundle can be redeemed by a user once every 60 days;

c)

310 Free Fire Diamonds bundle can be redeemed by a user once every 120 days;



Free Fire Terms and Conditions

a)

The number of Free Fire Diamonds as mentioned in the reward are automatically added to the Free Fire User ID provided during the redemption process;

b)

Free Fire Diamonds are credited to the Free Fire User ID provided within 2-3 working days from the date of redemption;

c)

In case the Free Fire User ID provided at the time of redemption is invalid, the redemption will fail; and

d)

If the redemption fails for any reason, your debited Gold will be credited back to your Loco Gold wallet within 2-3 working days.



Part B: Airtel Prepaid Recharge

Loco Redemption Restrictions

When an Airtel Prepaid Recharge is redeemed by the user, no other Airtel Prepaid Recharge can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Airtel Prepaid Recharges can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards.

INR 199 Airtel Prepaid Recharge can be redeemed by a user once every 30 days.

Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 199 Vi Prepaid Recharge or an INR 199 Jio Prepaid Recharge for 30 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 31st day of redemption and onwards.

Airtel Terms and Conditions

a)

This reward is available only for Airtel prepaid mobile numbers;

b)

Once the status of the redemption shows as “Completed”, the user should receive a text message from the operator confirming the same - and the recharge will automatically be available for the number provided during the redemption process;

c)

In case a user has entered a postpaid mobile number, or has chosen the wrong operator during the redemption process, the recharge will fail; and

d)

If the recharge fails for any reason, any debited Gold will be credited back to the user’s Loco Gold wallet within 2-3 working days.



PART C: Jio Prepaid Recharge

Loco Redemption Restrictions

When a Jio Prepaid Recharge is redeemed by the user, no other Jio Prepaid Recharge can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Jio Prepaid Recharges can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards.

INR 199 Jio Prepaid Recharge can be redeemed by a user once every 30 days.

Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 199 Airtel Prepaid Recharge or an INR 199 Vi Prepaid Recharge for 30 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 31st day of redemption and onwards.

Jio Terms and Conditions

a)

This reward is available only for Jio prepaid mobile numbers;

b)

Once the status of the redemption shows as “Completed”, the user should receive a text message from the operator confirming the same - and the recharge will automatically be available for the number provided during the redemption process;

c)

In case a user has entered a postpaid mobile number, or has chosen the wrong operator during the redemption process, the recharge will fail; and

d)

If the recharge fails for any reason, any debited Gold will be credited back to the user’s Loco Gold wallet within 2-3 working days.



PART D: Vi Prepaid Recharge

Loco Redemption Restrictions

When a Vi Prepaid Recharge is redeemed by the user, no other Jio Prepaid Recharge can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Vi Prepaid Recharges can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards.

INR 199 Vi Prepaid Recharge can be redeemed by a user once every 30 days.

Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 199 Vi Prepaid Recharge or an INR 199 Vi Prepaid Recharge for 30 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 31st day of redemption and onwards.

Vi Terms and Conditions

a)

This reward is available only for Vi prepaid mobile numbers;

b)

Once the status of the redemption shows as “Completed”, the user should receive a text message from the operator confirming the same - and the recharge will automatically be available for the number provided during the redemption process;

c)

In case a user has entered a postpaid mobile number, or has chosen the wrong operator during the redemption process, the recharge will fail; and

d)

If the recharge fails for any reason, any debited Gold will be credited back to the user’s Loco Gold wallet within 2-3 working days.



PART E: Flipkart Gift Card

Loco Redemption Restrictions

When a Flipkart Gift Card is redeemed by the user, no other Flipkart Gift Card can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Flipkart Gift Cards can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards. The other restrictions are as follows:

a)

INR 100 Flipkart Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 180 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem a INR 100 Amazon Pay Gift Card or an INR 100 Myntra Gift Card for 180 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 181st day of redemption and onwards;

b)

INR 250 Flipkart Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 365 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 250 Amazon Pay Gift Card or an INR 250 Myntra Gift Card for 365 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 366th day of redemption and onwards; and

c)

INR 500 Flipkart Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 365 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 500 Amazon Pay Gift Card for 365 days; this may be redeemed by the user from the 366th day of redemption and onwards.



Flipkart Terms and Conditions

The Flipkart.com E-Gift Voucher (“EGV”) is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accepting the following Terms and Conditions:

a)

The (EGV) can be redeemed online against the sellers listed on www.flipkart.com only;

b)

EGVs can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as e-Gift Voucher. It can NOT be redeemed against COD (Cash on Delivery) orders;

c)

EGVs cannot be used to purchase other EGVs;

d)

If the order value exceeds the EGV amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. COD (Cash on Delivery) option is not possible for the balance amount;

e)

If the order value is less than the amount of the EGV, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same EGV;

f)

EGV and unused balance of such EGVs will expire 12 Months from the date of issue;

g)

EGVs cannot be redeemed for cash or credit but are transferable; and

h)

QwikCilver Solutions and flipkart.com are not responsible if voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.



PART F: Myntra Gift Card

Myntra Gift Card

Loco Redemption Restrictions

When a Myntra Gift Card is redeemed by the user, no other Myntra Gift Card can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Myntra Gift Cards can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards. The other restrictions are as follows:

a)

INR 100 Myntra Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 180 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 100 Amazon Pay Gift Card or an INR 100 Flipkart Gift Card for 180 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 181st day of redemption and onwards; and

b)

INR 250 Myntra Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 365 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 250 Amazon Pay Gift Card or an INR 250 Flipkart Gift Card for 365 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 366th day of redemption and onwards.



Myntra Terms and Conditions

Myntra E-Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accepting the following Terms and Conditions:

a)

This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform;

b)

This E-Gift Card shall have a minimum validity period of 6 months;

c)

This E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards;

d)

Multiple E-Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded;

e)

This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only; and

f)

In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.



PART G: Amazon Pay Gift Card

When an Amazon Pay Gift Card is redeemed by the user, no other Amazon Pay Gift Card can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Amazon Pay Gift Cards can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards. The other restrictions are as follows:

a)

INR 10 Amazon Pay Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 15 days;

b)

INR 25 Amazon Pay Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 30 days;

c)

INR 100 Amazon Pay Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 180 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 100 Flipkart Gift Card or an INR 100 Myntra Gift Card for 180 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 181st day of redemption and onwards;

d)

INR 250 Amazon Pay Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 365 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 250 Flipkart Gift Card or an INR 250 Myntra Gift Card for 365 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 366th day of redemption and onwards; and

e)

INR 250 Amazon Pay Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 365 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 250 Flipkart Gift Card or an INR 250 Myntra Gift Card for 365 days; these may be redeemed by the user from the 366th day of redemption and onwards; and

f)

INR 500 Amazon Pay Gift Card can be redeemed by a user once every 365 days. Additionally, if the user redeems this reward, they will not be able to redeem an INR 500 Flipkart Gift Card for 365 days; this may be redeemed by the user from the 366th day of redemption and onwards.



Amazon Pay Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Amazon.in Gift Cards (Gift Cards) issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”). Qwikcilver is a private limited company organized under the laws of India and is the issuer of Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accepting the following Terms and Conditions:

a)

Redemption: Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in and any other third-party merchants that are enabled to accept the Gift Cards. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemers Amazon Pay balance account and applied to purchases, in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards. Qwikcilver may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase or use. Certain merchants may provide you services only on the pre-condition that you allow us to hold balances in your Amazon Pay balance: Gift Card till the service completion by the merchant. However, your prior consent would be taken before holding such balances. In such cases, you agree and authorize us to:

(i)hold your balance until service completion; and
(ii)fail the transaction if your balance in the Amazon Pay Gift Card is less than the actual amount charged by the merchant at the end of the services;
b)

Fraud: Qwikcilver is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in;

c)

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, Qwikcilver and Amazon each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. You agree to indemnify Qwikcilver and Amazon for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions;

d)

Limitation of Liability: Neither Qwikcilver nor Amazon make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the replacement of such a gift card. If applicable law does not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights;

e)

General Terms: The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Qwikcilver reserves the right to change these Gift Card Terms and Conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All Terms and Conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law;

You may request for revalidation of any expired Gift Cards. Upon receipt of such request, the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and subject to applicable Terms and Conditions.


Please note the updated distributor policy which shall be applicable to all distributors and sub-distributors of Amazon.in Gift Cards

Qwikcilver has filed an application with the regulatory authorities to consolidate into its parent entity, Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs). On receipt of the approval, the business will get consolidated into a single entity, i.e., Pine Labs, and Pine Labs will thereafter honour all valid Amazon Pay Gift Cards and undertake all other Gift Card issuer obligations that are being undertaken by Qwikcilver. There will be no change to your Amazon Pay Gift Card issued by Qwikcilver (Co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited), in any manner, such as its use, acceptance, validity, redemption and user experience. Status quo will prevail over the existing valid Gift Card balances, and no deduction or changes will be made thereto in any manner whatsoever.

PART H: Battlegrounds Mobile India Rewards

Battlegrounds Mobile India Rewards

Loco Redemption Restrictions

When a Battlegrounds Mobile India reward is redeemed by the user, no other Battlegrounds Mobile India reward can be redeemed for 10 days. Other Battlegrounds Mobile India rewards can be redeemed by the user from the 11th day from redemption and onwards. The other restrictions are as follows:

a)

1 Battlegrounds Mobile India Exclusive Loot Box can be redeemed by a user once every 15 days



Battlegrounds Mobile India Terms and Conditions

a)

This is an exclusive reward for Battlegrounds Mobile India.

b)

The reward is automatically added to the BGMI User ID provided during the redemption process.

c)

Once a redemption request has been placed, the reward status will show as “Pending” until the reward has been added to the BGMI User ID

d)

The reward is added within 21 days of the date of redemption; once the loot box is added, the status of the reward will change to “Completed”.

e)

In case the BGMI User ID provided at the time of redemption is invalid, the redemption will fail.

f)

If the redemption fails for any reason, debited Gold will be credited back to the Loco Gold wallet within 2-3 working days of failure.
